I am a licensed psychotherapist with 17 years experience in the behavioral health field, specializing in EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. With a humble approach and a safe, non-judgmental space, I strive to help my clients navigate life's challenges. My passion stems from a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the potential for change and healing. Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking, reading, working on my garden (trying to keep everything growing!!) and practicing yoga.
